At NuPhy, we strive for total satisfaction with our mechanical keyboards and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition and packaging.
Initiate a Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item in its original retail box including all keycaps, switches, cables, and tools to ensure the product is protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package to our designated warehouse address provided in the RMA instructions.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team inspects the device for functionality and condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
